How to hide categories / tags on posts and pages

hi, how do we hide the tags / categories like the attached from appearing on the pages / posts? Are there settings somewhere in the backend for these theme options?

1. For the Knowledgebase
==========================
Please go to “Manual Options > Knowledgebase > Single page” where you will see the “Design Settings” from where you are able to disable tags.

2. For the Documentation
==========================
Please go to “Manual Options > Documentation > Single/Category Page” where you will see the “Design Settings” from where you are able to disable tags.

Thanks, that helped for many of the icons, but still showing total views and votes. Am I missing something?
