Items Purchased

  • All items purchased include 6 months of support from the purchase date.
  • Free lifetime updates.
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues.
  • Help with included third-party assets.
  • Our availability to provide item support.
  • Answering technical questions about SmartWpThemes items.

Item Support Exclusions

  • Item customization. We do offer a paid customization service that can assist you with any customization, modification, or issues that extend beyond our scope of support.
  • Help from authors of included third-party assets.
  • Hosting, server environment, or software.
  • Installation of SmartWpThemes item.

Our Support Staff Cannot

  • Schedule a specific time to offer support.
  • Provide personal information, such as full names, locations, etc.
  • Take responsibility in case any issues arise from trying to provide support.
  • Provide any guarantees when providing support.
  • Sign non-disclosure agreements to gain access to your site.
  • Provide their IP Addresses, under any circumstances.

Support Schedule

We do our best to monitor the tickets however, this is not always possible due to different time zones. Reply times can be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Saturday – Sunday, but is usually faster than that.
