Removing Popular Articles from sidebar when clicking on a Knowledge Base article

    On our knowledge base page when you click on an article under one of the categories it brings you to a landing page where you have the article contents. On the sidebar of the page we have other articles associated with the selected category, a list of other categories and “Popular Articles”

    We are looking to remove the popular articles section and can’t find a solution. We think it may go deeper than just the backend of the site/global settings.

    Could you kindly navigate to the “Appearance > Widgets” section to remove the “Popular Articles” section.
