Managing your knowledgebase effectively means providing all the information your users need in one place. The Pro Article Manager in AI SmartBase makes it easy to enhance your articles with attachments and FAQs, giving your readers quick access to important files and helpful answers.

Adding Attachments to an Article

Attachments can include documents, PDFs, images, or any file your users may need. With Pro Article Manager:

  1. Open the article where you want to add attachments.
  2. Click on Add Attachment.
  3. Upload files from your computer or media library.
  4. Arrange them in the desired order using drag-and-drop.
  5. Optionally, set access so only logged-in users or specific roles can view certain attachments.

Adding FAQs to an Article

  1. FAQs help answer common questions directly inside the article. To add them:
  2. Select the article you want to enhance.
  3. Click on Add FAQ.
