To access the custom REST API endpoint, please first ensure the Gutenberg editor is enabled for the knowledgebase. To do this, go to ‘Theme Options > Knowledgebase > Global Settings‘ and locate the ‘Gutenberg editor’ feature. Make sure it is turned on.

After that, use the following URL to access the REST API endpoint for the knowledgebase custom post type:
